    Frame of Choice is an e-commerce platform of Rochester Optical, the faithful supplier of military frames and lenses since 1932. At that time, the owner saw a growing need for protective tactical eyewear for the Armed Forces, aircraft pilots, and patrolmen. Later, Rochester Optical became one of the few military prescription eyewear manufacturers in the country and supplied both the Army and the Air force with combat-ready ballistic eyewear for soldiers. After WWII, the tactical eyewear company expanded its services to include creating and selling prescription eyeglasses for the general public. Rochester Optical quickly became one of the best glasses frames and prescription eyeglass manufacturers in the country, producing many popular glasses frame styles with polarized tints.
