Amazing Customer Service ! October 19, 2018

Sam emailed me promptly upon my purchase to make sure I had the right order and didn’t need lenses sent with my frames. I received the frames over night with no extra charge! Fantastic and very quick of excellent inventory. My glasses were in excellent condition. I was concerned they might be too large so I was sent a size smaller also just the next day. After trying on the second pair I felt the first were actually just perfect haha. Sam has sent the second pair with a free UPS label and I dropped them off to go back! SO easy!
Not ALL internet shopping is disappointing after all.
Thanks Sam!!

Exactly what i was lookong for. Needed a replacement for my issued glasses from basic. The new black frames they issue are garbage. Product arrived extremely fast. Customer service is amazing. I have already referred a few of my friends and i will be ordering again soon for an extra pair for my upcoming deployment.
